Howie says polling internals indicate much higher enthusiasm in swing districts for Democrats than Republicans. Howie says that as of Monday night, the Dems could keep the house by just a few seats and will most likely keep the Senate. He says if the GOP does win the house, which now appears unlikely, it will be with only a handful of seats and Kevin McCarthy will find it impossible to govern.
