Restore, or at least some of its most vocal champions, believes that being English is an ethnic identity that cannot simply be adopted by newcomers, certainly not in one generation.
This question remains relegated to fairly fringe right-wing politics; for now.
But important will it be in five, ten, or twenty years time?
