Motorbike and ATV groups are taking over the streets in New York City and it appears NYPD cannot control them, and NYC and NY politicians do not believe crime is getting out of control. Now even Pennsylvania is having issues with large motorbike groups as footage has appeared online of a group trying to open a SUV door on the streets. This definitely seems like it will have an impact on the midterm elections in November.
