YouTube Description
as posted by the channelRichard Allen's former defense lawyers, either withdrew or were bum rushed off the case and they wanted back on. Judge Frances Gull told them, hard pass, I think y'all have been grossly negligent in your representation of your client...so, no. Allen's former attorneys could have called it a day, but instead have chosen to fight to get back on the case, taking the matter to the Supreme Court of Indiana.
They are asking for the Court to do three Things:
1) Re-instate them as Richard Allen's attorneys;
2) Remove Judge Gull from the case;
3) Set the case for Trial 70 days from the date of the High Court's Order
If you have never watched an Oral Argument, you should. It is nothing like what you see at trial, as the Lawyer for Allen and Lawyer for Gull will be making their arguments to a panel of Supreme Court Judges, who will grilling the lawyers the entire time. You will be thinking, "oh my, these Judges are rude, they keep interrupting the lawyers" but no, that is just how Oral Arguments operate.
So join us tomorrow for the most in-depth coverage and analysis you will find anywhere as we Live Stream the hearings, Ali Motta will be in studio breaking it all down for you...what to expect, what does it mean and what's going to happen next, plus predictions of how she thinks the Court will rule. Bob will be providing live coverage from the Indiana State House as he will be attending the Arguments in person and reporting live from outside the State House.
