On the same day that the Defense's filed its Motion to Disqualify Judge Gull from Richard Allen's case, Prosecutor Nick McCleland filed his VERIFIED INFORMATION OF CONTEMPTUOUS CONDUCT Motion seeking sanctions against Baldwin and Rozzi. What this means is that Gull and McCleland are getting their hearing.
Will McCleland request that Baldwin and Rozzi once again be removed from the case? Did Nick McCleland gain access to confidential attorney work product via text messages between Andy Baldwin and Mitch Westerman discussing trial strategy during ISP's "investigation" into the leak.
