YouTube Description
as posted by the channelDay 17 of the Karen Read trial is upon us and ATF Agent Brian Higgins is slated to take the stand for the Commonwealth. Higgins is one of the party goers who was both at the Waterfall bar as well as at the Albert home that tragic night when John O'Keefe lost his life. Higgins happens to be one of, if not the primary target of the defense's 3rd party culprit defense. It is known that Higgins has made a Federal proffer, regarding what exactly is unknown at this point but Alan Jackson has been quoted as saying to "expect fireworks" during the cross examination of Higgins. There is a lot to cover with him from the defense side of things, such as flirtatious text messages between him and Karen Read, the destruction of his personal phone, him leaving the Albert Home and for reasons unknown going to his office at the Canton PD at 1:30 a.m... and much more. So make sure to join @theshamingofjay and I as we live stream this fascinating trial with our amazing community!
