The Jury returned a verdict of Guilty on all four counts that Allen was charged with in connections to the deaths of Liberty German and Abigail Williams. The Jury did the work as they deliberated for 19 hours over the course of several days.

The verdict has left some relieved and feeling that Justice has been served and has left others feeling that there is a strong possibility that an innocent man has been convicted and then there are those that are not sure whether or not Richard Allen committed this unthinkable horrible acts but feel that they cannot trust the verdict because of the process leading up to trial. Where do you fall? All are welcome.

We will discuss it all...as well as what is next for Richard Allen with the help of outstanding Indiana Appellate attorney Cara Wieneke, who will tell us the next steps in the process.
