2:05:50Now PlayingOn the morning of June 16th, 1998 at around 7:00 a.m., Barton McNeil wakes to every parents worst nightmare. He finds his three year old daughter Christina unresponsive in her bed at his apartment and calls 911 in a panic.
Paramedics arrive, but the child is already deceased. Christina had a history of asthma, and because there were no obvious signs of trauma, first responders initially consider the death to be from natural causes and leave the scene.
Later that evening, Bart calls the police once again and asks them to send a homicide detective over to investigate as he has noticed some things around the apartment that seem suspicious, he believes that foul play may have caused his daughter's death.
Law enforcement has other ideas, namely that it was Barton that ended his own child's life.
This would be the beginning of a 26 year battle for Barton to prove his innocence...it's a tragic and unbelievable story.
