YouTube Description
as posted by the channelTonight, fresh off getting their client Alison Davis a Not Guilty verdict from an Allen County, IN jury after a trial that was presided over by none other than Judge Gull, Defense Attorneys Andy Baldwin and Max Wiley join us to give us all of the details of the trial, verdict and the legal battles with Judge Gull.
On August 12, 2023 Alison Davis and her Husband Kevin were at home after an evening out at a local pub when in the early morning hours Alison was awoken by a loud thud somewhere in the house. Alison got of bed and discovered Kevin at the bottom of the home’s staircase lying in a large pool of blood. Alison called 911 and her life after making that call was changed forever, as LE and the Prosecutor believed that this was no accident but instead believed that Alison had killed her husband in cold blood by striking him in the head with a heavy object.
The case was brought forth despite no actual evidence of foul play other than inconsistent statements made by Alison and what was characterized as “odd” behavior by Alison during the traumatic time that first responders were tending to the emergency situation. The ME ruled the death as a homicide and seeing as Alison had stated that her and Kevin were the only two people in the house that evening, the Prosecutor decided to pin it on the girl.
Alison Davis has always maintained her innocence. Enter Baldwin and Wiley as her attorneys, both firmly believed in her innocence which adds a tremendous amount of additional stress to an already incredibly stressful situation. On top of that, there was one rather large impediment facing Andy Baldwin in handling the case…namely Judge Gull, the very same Judge Gull who is presiding over Richard Allen’s case is also presiding over Alison’s case.
It’s a riveting, heart breaking case that as you can imagine amounted to an epic struggle for the defense to walk their client out of jail…once and for all.
Join us tonight for all of the details of the case and the challenges of maneuvering around Judge Gull’s mind-boggling rulings including the exclusion of exculpatory digital forensic evidence from Alison’s Garmin smartwatch. This case has it all and you’ll want to be here to hear it all if you’re into to true crime and trials!
