Did MSP DESTROY the case against Brian Walshe??

Brian Walshe stands accused of killing his wife and mother of three children Ana Walshe on or about January 1 of 2023. Walshe’s attorneys filed multiple suppression motions, seeking to bar massive amounts of evidence as being fruits of the poisonous tree. You will recognize many of the investigating cops, as they were involved in a little known case involving a woman who was recently found not guilty named Karen Read. Proctor, Buhkenik and Fanning had their hands all over the Walshe investigation and there appears to be some serious issues with the investigation that may result in tons of absolutely critical evidence getting tossed by the Court due to 4th Amendment violations. We will dig into the Motions and the hearings that took place a week ago. Come and hang and prepared to be pissed off…not at the Defense Attorney’s but the cops.
