This is part of the ongoing process to increase the amount of perks for those that had supported DPA's work with their hard-earn money.
DPA Summary takes a lot of work to prep (similar to the time needed to do Ukraine War mapping/reporting), yet the series so far, aren't algo-friendly - views/revenue cannot justify putting it out free.
Ironically, clippings altogether would earn more than the standalone full video.
So this is the best compromise I can think of - increasing benefits to paying supporters; important stories cont' to be published for free; while keeping it financially sustainable for DPA to carry on.
