The more we learned about this location the more we found out it was an early 1900's Folly. We believe from someone has may a man cave, religious or place of peace. Or just through boardem.
Its not possible or old enough to be Knights Templar related however it makes for a good story for local media.
Situated in a small area of woodland sits a hole to the normal is just that. Make your way down and be greeted by one great and fantastic small work of art.
Fantastic old markings, shapes, and layout. We were totally in ore of the location.
(We removed an extent of rubbish from the location please respect if you visit so everyone can enjoy history at its finest)
