Most people duck back and forth between their goals. On one day and off the next. I watch people's goals that they put on their social media or tell me. Weeks later the goals are abandoned. This used to happen to me all the time. I would set my goals, focus on them for a few weeks, and then never stay consistent. There's many reasons rooted in human psychology as to why we fail at our goals. One of the largest reasons that's never talked about is that we think we're better than the challenge in front of us. We think that if we really wanted to, we could get our goal and fix the problem. We look to excuses to justify why we didn't reach our goals, instead of addressing our own weakness.
