How much sleep do you need? Answering this question and addressing time management and sleep needs in general. You can train yourself to sleep a lot less than you do now. The problem is, most people approach this as a way to create time. Most people don't need to create more time - they need to make the time they actually have more effective. We're always looking to cut corners on sleep and parts of our life we should enjoy. Then we spend a ton of time on social media and doing things that don't move us forward. In this video we talk about thinking about time as a means of meaningful progress.
