Tfue's Lawyer, Bryan Freedman, has appeared on theScore Esports to give more context into the case against FaZe Clan.
Bryan gives us some new context into the case that is interesting - namely that Tfue's team did send a contract back to FaZe Clan in an attempt to renegotiate. This runs contrary to what FaZe clan claimed previously, which was that Tfue ignored any attempt to negotiate.
The lawyer identifies several issues and emphasizes a lot of points we brought up before, namely the $60,000 value claim and some of the defensive points FaZe has brought up.
The larger issue in this case is the Labor Commission. I wanted to make it clear what I thought would happen in the court case - but we're at the end of my expertise on this issue.
At this point the issue is a legal one. I will probably bring on a lawyer to help cover some of the technical stuff. What happens in the court case and labor commission filing is out of my expertise.
