Your higher self is not a concept. It exists as a mold above you, formed and waiting, and the whole of your life is the process of filling it.

The recommendation is to go to zero, including unsubscribing from the person giving the advice, because if it were working you would not still be looking for more of it.

Sleep, dreams, and the condition of the mind before bed round out the practical thread. What you feed your subconscious in the last hour of the day is what you hand to it for the night. Most people are handing it their phone.

The conversation closes with a warning. Fear is not a natural state. It is a field, and something feeds on it. The man who does not build his inner life does not remain neutral. He becomes available.
