If your mind is set on the Spirit, you won't carry out the desires of the flesh. It's grievous when Christians willingly choose to give themselves over to the deeds of the flesh. Too many Christians are being led by feelings and are succumbing to those feelings that draw them. You can control what you choose! God says to go after the Spirit! Do not live by your emotions, lust, or give yourself to things of the flesh. When you sow to the flesh, you reap corruption. Sowing to the Spirit reaps love, joy, and peace. Rise up and be a soldier for God; don't grow weary in doing good and be faithful to the end!
