2:39Now PlayingEzekiel gives a beautiful example of God telling the Israelites how much He loved them. Today, in Jesus, you have been brought into a marriage covenant with God. In the New Testament Paul says "For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and shall be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh" (Eph. 5:31). This unity is a mystery, and is an illustration for the relationship we now have with Jesus. It is an unbelievable reality to recognize that Jesus loves us with a marriage type of love.
