Lux: "Mook Is One of My Most Formidable Opponents"

Loaded Lux spoke with Battle Rap Journalist Michael Hughes about his pending battle vs Murda Mook. The pair of highly talented MC's battled it out years ago on the Stack/URL platform and now thanks to Eminem and Slaughterhouse, they will get the chance to exchange lyrical punches once again.

The battle is being featured as the headlining match alongside the final battle from the "Road to Slaughter" Battle Rap reality TV series, and brings with it a significant amount of dramatic build-up. Many fans have a new found respect for Loaded Lux as a battler and as a lyricist in general, for he has continued to raise his stock with ever since his ground-breaking 2nd and 3rd round performance vs Calicoe at Summer Madness 2.

Since then, Lux has gone on to battle Hollow Da Don in what turned out the be the most highly anticipated battle in the history of Battle Rap, and an easy candidate for Top 5 battles of All Time. Murda Mook's last battle was against Iron Solomon at Summer Madness 2, and was not well received by Battle Rap fans. It is because of this that there are many doubters of Mook's ability to effectively clash against the Loaded Lux of today.
