While Daylyt uses gun lines himself, he doesn't solely base his material around rapping about firearms. He believes that simply sticking to gun bars shows a lack of creativity and those who choose to rap about other things aside from shooting people will stand out the most.
""I've learned from my Grind Time days that, being a gun-line rapper is a cancer," Daylyt said.
Daylyt then switched his attention to the current state of Hip-Hop and how he feels that "skill is not a factor." He spoke on various rappers getting by off of the pure entertainment value that they bring with them, and how many Battle Rappers couldn't transition well in the industry because they don't set themselves apart enough from the rest of the pack.
