7:19Now PlayingSoulja Boy sat down with VladTV for an exclusive interview where he touched on a variety of topics, including why he decided to join the cast of Love & Hip HopHollywood. He explained that he wanted to show fans the real side of him without letting the media step in and misconstrue his words like when he does interviews.
The rapper's longtime off and on girlfriend Nia Riley was also present during the interview, and she spoke about what it was like growing up with a famous father like Teddy Riley. She recalled that everything was normal for her growing up, and revealed that despite their past struggles, Teddy and his group are back on tour.
At the close of the conversation, Vlad asked Soulja if he ever takes his jewelry off, a question which earned a huge laugh from the rapper. The Atlanta-born emcee then explained that after he made his first million he balled out, telling Vlad that he inspired the line, "I wear every single chain, even when I'm in the house," on Drake's "Started From the Bottom."
