2:45Now PlayingNew Jersey rapper Shotgun Suge spoke with VladTV Battle Rap Journalist following his Summer Madness 4 "The Warm Up" battle vs. Charron.
This battle has been a highly anticipated match for years, and it finally got to go down on the Smack/URL stage for Charron's debut. Suge strongly believes that he won 3-0, but acknowledged that Charron put up a good fight. The fan reactions after the battle were torn, with many fans believing that Charron was simply too well-rounded, while others stated that Suge's realistic street bars hit much harder than Charron's.
During the battle, Suge pocket checked Charron, but revealed that he didn't plan to do it and actually didn't want to because of Charron's image. When Charron grabbed him later on in the battle, Suge acknowledged that he was surprised that he did that at that moment; however, he anticipated that Charron would try to touch him at some point during the battle.
Following this match, Suge expressed his desire to battle anyone who fans believe has beaten him in the past, which lead to him addressing his past issues with Trick Trick. According to Suge, he recently made peace with Trick Trick and squashed any and all tension between them over past comments that he made about slain Detroit rapper, Proof.
