3:55Now PlayingRap phenom Chubby Jag has built his creative foundation by dismantling his competitors. Whether on the streets of L.A. or within N.Y.'s infamous "Fight Klub," Jag comes out swinging. Speaking exclusively with VladTV, Chubby reveals what actually happened when he first met Cassidy at a 2009 show in Connecticut and the riot that nearly occurred at the venue.
The Left-Coast lyricist recalls that around 1,000 fans in the near capacity venue were upset with the performers' late arrival. After drinking and smoking weed, Cassidy and Chubby noticed the irate crowd begin to demand a monetary refund. While walking to the stage, Jag recollects, "Security was trying to stop the f*cking crowd." That's when Cassidy and Chubby decided, "If it goes down it is what it is."
Chubby remembers Cassidy's confidence. The "Worst Nightmare" MC confirms Cassidy "wasn't scared." He continues to speak candidly, "As a man, if you back me into a corner [then] I got to defend myself."
