The "They Don't Know" singer also spoke about artists coming to him for a trendy song instead of working on something meaningful that may stand a chance of being a classic track. Rico adds that a lot of artists aren't thinking about their legacy, but singled out Drake, Kendrick, and J. Cole as the exception to always putting out quality music.
