Growing up, Sophia says she always loved big butts, recalling her fascination with her friend's shape from fourth grade. She ended up having fat transferred from her back, arms, midsection and legs into her butt in an attempt to get the "Tahiry" look. She says she was ecstatic when she first awoke from her final surgery, happy with the butt she always wanted, although she also admits that she wishes it were just a bit smaller now, as it can look ridiculously big in certain pictures.
