Charlamagne: Real Estate Means More to Trump Than Black Lives

Last week the mugshots of the police who were charged with Freddie Gray's death were released, and in response to Barack Obama's previous "thug" comment in relation to the Baltimore rioters, Charlamagne tha God replies that the "torture technique" those cops used on Gray was the REAL "act of thugs."

Most can agree with Charlamagne when he states that "rough rides" in Bmore are a form of premeditated murder, but a lot of people may not side with his stance on the riots taking place there. The "Breakfast Club" host feels "rioting is pointless," but on the other hand so are the multiple, unnecessary killings of Black men at the hands of police. "I don't have to agree with something to understand why that something is happening," he states in the interview, adding that with all the "pointless, senseless, dumb s***" the police have done, it should have been expected to come back two-fold from the "non-peaceful protesters."

When asked about how he felt when Meek Mill called out Donald Trump about his racist comments on the riots, Charlamagne states that their upbringing and bouts with the police played a huge role in their extremely different perspectives. Referring to Meek's police abuse story, he says that "has never happened to Donald Trump...[He] has never had to worry about that."
