7:02Now PlayingFormer star Nyomi Banxx recently chopped it up with VladTV about the decline of the industry due to the proliferation of free tube sites, and what the surviving companies are doing to stay afloat.
Responding to DJ Vlad's observation that many companies have gone out of business due to the creation of original content no longer being profitable, Banxx admitted there wasn't an easy answer for those companies to stay alive.
"I don't know, I'm gonna be honest, I don't know," she candidly responded. "Because like you said, there's a lot of companies that have folded under -- especially a lot of the Black companies has folded under."
Speaking further, Banxx weighed in on the way Instagram modeling has changed the game, with Vlad bringing up Amber Rose as someone who's primarily successful for having a hot Instagram page.
The conversation then turns to how the big companies no longer hire contract girls, especially women of color. Check out the full conversation up top.
