The child was killed after pulling off a string of robberies and murders in the area, and the gang members felt that police were paying too much attention to the area and feared Sandifer would snitch, so he was killed.
According to E.D.I., 2Pac read the TIME cover story about Sandifer on his way to the Chicago show, and he unleashed his rage on some gang members in the crowd, which started an all-out war. To hear more of the story, hit the above clip.
