Too Short is an Oakland legend but has deep roots in both Southern California and New York. First, he reflects on his friendship with 2Pac back in the early 90s. "I didn't know he was gonna be legendary 2Pac," Too Short says, "I just knew he was a dope ass rapper." Too Short then describes working with New York artists like Diddy, Biggie, and Jay-Z. Speaking about recording the song "The World is Filled...," he says, "I'd never say I out-rapped a rapper like Biggie. But I hung in there."
