In this clip, Shawn Cotton explained his real estate investment strategy and gave further details about the plot of land he recently purchased in Dallas. Shawn and Vlad debated about real estate and the value of those investments. Unlike Vlad, Shawn isn't down with the stock market because he feels as though he can't control his investments the same way he can with real estate.
Shawn and Vlad did agree, however, that the important thing is to invest money in things that will make you money down the line. Jewelry and cars aren't investments, as Vlad explained, at best it's just a place to park your money.
