He makes it clear that the rule should extend to white rappers as well as all white fans of hip-hop, while pointing out that black people should check their white friends who use the word around them. Later on, Banner speaks on how mainstream America encourages and promotes two types of black people above anyone else, "the out of control stereotypical fear based black man, and then it's your total sell out, no culture, doesn't stand for nothing."
