MC Serch on Eric B Having Beef with Him, Being Asked to Write for Rakim (Flashback)

In this flashback, MC Serch opened up to VladTV about being signed to Def Jam and "Steppin to the A.M." being the group's first single. He explained that the song was originally intended for Rakim after Def Jam's Lyor Cohen came to Serch and asked if he would write a song for Rakim. Serch explained that when they got Eric B on the phone to hear the song, Eric B hung up. It was then that Lyor questioned MC Serch about his beef with Eric B, which he says he had no clue about, and added that they still have not spoken to this day.
