In this clip, Jorge Valdes speaks about paying Manuel Noriega $250,000 to release him from a dungeon where he was being tortured. Speaking more about Noriega, Jorge said he was "double-dipping" by working with the cartel and also with the U.S. government. When Jorge saw him "in a cage" in prison, he said he told him that he "didn't look so tough now."
Moving along, Jorge spoke about the people in the cartel being very loyal to one another, and he explained that he would buy houses for the wives of men who were locked up, as well as set up college funds for their kids. After revealing that he spent $500,000 a month on the best lawyers, Jorge revealed that he spent over $1 million a month on "corruption" to buy off local government entities.
