The rapper and entrepreneur revealed that he invested $550,000 of his own money into a Fatburger franchise that he had to close down three years later due to the recession. He also explained opening a Wingstop franchise during the recession but couldn't get a loan in California to build out the location despite his good credit.
E-40 also discussed his lucrative liquor business and claimed it's his most successful business outside of rap. Throughout the remainder of the clip, he reflects on the keys to his longevity and discussed his new EP The Curb Commentator Channel 2.
