After Michael spoke about Ali being strong from the inside out, he explained how people deal with the tough times in their lives show who they really are. He then spoke about some of his toughest fights, including doing 30-men black belt fights. Michael went on to speak about sparring with former UFC fighter Michael Bisping, which he said was embarrassing because he realized he was out of shape in the first round.
