In this clip, John Pennisi spoke about his decision to cooperate with the FBI and testify against his former Lucchese family brothers in court in three different trials. He explained that part of his deal with the FBI involved him taking the stand in the trials, and John added that it was a sickening feeling to take the stand. He then added that he felt betrayed by the Lucchese family when he was wrongly labeled as a snitch, which could've gotten him killed, and John stated that he wished they would've just let him leave in peace.
