In the latest clip, Jose Canseco explained his two separate arrests in 1989 for reckless driving and carrying a semi-automatic pistol in his car. He denied leading police on a 15-minute chase in Florida, arguing that he was in the fastest street-legal Porsche and cops wouldn't have been able to keep up with him. In the second arrest, Canseco was visiting doctors on a college campus for a check-up on his surgically repaired hand. Not realizing his registered gun fell in the car, he returned to his vehicle to find SWAT and helicopters surrounding the area due to a firearm being present on a college campus.
