In the latest clip, Scott Ross talked about the case that landed Suge Knight Behind bars for nearly 30 years. He said he had worked with Suge before on smaller issues but was helping Suge fight his murder charge and another case involving Katt Williams. Ross stated that Suge had no vision in his right eye during the incident on the "Staight Outta Compton" film set and said that contributed to him running over Terry Carter. He added that Suge could have effectively fought the charge but his girlfriend and other lawyer got caught trying to pay for fake witnesses. In order to raise money for his defense, Ross claimed Suge contemplated selling 2Pac's murder story. The clip concluded with Ross explaining why he and Tom Mesereau ultimately left the case.
