In this clip, Michael Dowd started out by speaking about buying a new Corvette with his street money, which he intentionally left the sticker on and drove to his precinct as a way of taunting the higher ups after knowing he was being internally investigated. Michael went on to speak about fellow NYPD Officer Robert Venable being killed after running into a spot ran by the Dominican gang known as La Compañia, which Michael was previously working with in the streets. Michael explained that he still gets emotional thinking about Venable's death, adding that he feels somewhat responsible.
