In this clip, Tom Mesereau addressed points of Bill Cosby's first trial, which he wasn't involved in, including the judge allowing one unrelated witness to take the stand. Mesereau went on to state that in the retrial, which he was a part of, the judge allowed five unrelated witnesses to take the stand. During the first trial, the case ended in a mistrial after the jury was hung, and the D.A. vowed to go after Cosby for a retrial when he was running for office, which you can hear more about above.
