In this clip, Tom Mesereau opened up about Bill Cosby being sentenced to 3-10 years in prison. Mesereau went on to address Cosby not taking offender classes in order to be released from prison early. He also broke down the appeals process in Bill Cosby's case and addressed an appellate court denying the appeal. The appeal then went to the PA Supreme Court, which focused on two issues in the case- the judge allowing 5 witnesses unrelated to the case to take the stand, and a binding agreement made by a former D.A. not to prosecute Cosby.
