In the latest clip, Rafer Alston explained how he joined AND1 and earned the Skip To My Lou nickname. Alston was originally nicknamed "The Energizer" after impressing the Rucker Park crowd as a young teenager. When he returned a year later, he performed a crossover move that won the crowd over and earned him his famous nickname. Alston also noted that the nickname has become so popular that many people believe his real name is Skip.
Alston also reflected on the And 1 Mixtape Tour and embarrassing dudes at their neighborhood courts and gyms. He said there weren't many fights or anything because people understood what was to come playing against the And 1 hoopers. However, Alston noted how that they were more than just tricks and gimmicks.
