In this clip, Rudy Williams detailed how a change in drug laws from 2015 helped get him out of prison after 31 years instead of having to serve out his sentence of life plus 130 years. He recalled how much things changed in his city during that time and the ways in which prison can warp a person's sense of reality. Rudy also revealed that he was able to enjoy the money he made from drugs for about 8.5 years which pales in comparison to the 31 years in prison he served.
