As the conversation moves along, the actor/comedian drops some knowledge on VladTV's viewers by explaining that jeweler's in America have implemented a 600% mark-up on the price for diamonds. Which means that many of the African-American celebrities who have been purchasing diamond jewelry have been getting taken advantage of.
