In this clip, Shaggy reflects back on winning his second ever Grammy Award with his good friend Sting for their joint album, 44/876. From there, the decorated Reggae singer talks about being introduced to Cardi B before the release of "Bodak Yellow," when primarily knew her as a reality star from "Love & Hip-Hop." He explains the reason why he was such an admirer of hers is because of her dirty sense of humor. He also talks about why his collaborative effort with her, "Boom Boom," remains a cherished experience for him till this very day. Lastly, Shaggy clears up the misconception that he declined to work with Rihanna, stating that the reason why they didn't work together is because he wanted to record music with her at a studio in person, while her managers just wanted him to write songs for her and send them over electronically. He said that working remotely would have ruined the creative process for him.
