In this clip, Smooth B talks about his friendship with Flava Flav and their recent string of live shows in Toronto, which led to them connecting with EPMD, Crystal Waters, and more. From there, he reminisces on visiting the Latin Quarters with Bobby Brown during their heyday. Smooth B also reflects on writing music for Bobby Brown before sharing his thoughts on the recent remarks made by Jadakiss about ghostwriting for Diddy. From there, he sheds more light on working with Bobby Brown by detailing some of the battles that the former R&B superstar had with his own record label about rapping on his soul/pop albums back in the 80s. Moving along, he explains why he left hustling behind to focus on making music. This prompts him to explain why he prefers to write music that is introspective instead of music about street violence and drugs.
