In this clip, Chris Childs spoke about signing a $3.5 million deal with the Nets in 2002 and playing with Jason Kidd, and he detailed being injured with a hairline fracture. It was at this time that Chris got a call from former NFL player Jessie Armstead about wanting him to go to his going away party. Reluctantly, Chris went with MC Serch and Serch’s parents, and while at the party, Chris got the sense that he needed to leave. While leaving the party, Chris was approached by a group of young guys, who then started robbing him and the other people he was with. After chasing the guys while on the phone with the police, Chris jumped in the car with the police, who proceeded to shut down the subway and caught the suspects. Chris revealed that they got everything back except for his grandfather’s dog tags. From there, Chris spoke about approaching the guy who wanted to shoot him, which led to an altercation between them.
