In this clip, Vlad started off asking Tony Yayo about incidents he saw at Rikers Island that led to the “Turtles,” officers with padding and shields, coming in to stop the situation. Tony explained that COVID changed things at Rikers, adding that you have to be a “beast” to survive. From there, Vlad and Tony spoke about Taxstone’s upcoming trial and how his situation slowed his rising stardom in the podcast world. Tony then added that the situation with Taxstone and Troy Ave slowed things for both of them, and Tony pointed out that he has songs with Troy. When it comes to Troy Ave cooperating in the case, Tony explained that it’s not his business. Vlad then asked Tony about staying out of the way, and he shared a story about catching a flat in front of a police station in Pennsylvania with a Mac on him.
