In this clip, Michael Jai White talks about the passing of the legendary singer/actor/activist Harry Belafonte and the interactions that they had before sharing that the late Hollywood icon inspired the creation of his film, "The Outlaw Johnny Black." DJ Vlad's unfamiliarity with Belafonte's filmography prompts him to say "He was ahead of my time," which offends Michael because the two men around the same age. Elsewhere in the clip, DJ Vlad drops a tidbit on Michael by revealing that his famous song, "Banana Boat (Day-O)" was actually a cover originated by another recording artist. Later, he talks about a fundraiser that Jamie Foxx sanctioned at his house for the late great singer.

Michael Jai White also previews his upcoming movie "The Outlaw Johnny Black," by stating that people seem to like the follow-up to "Black Dynamite" is better, based on previous screenings.
