In this clip, Dr. Steven Greer discussed the communication between humans and extraterrestrial beings. He explained that communication happens technologically through a thought and consciousness interface with technology. Dr. Greer calls this Consciousness Assisted Technologies, which he says is essential for interstellar communication. He also believes that the communication occurs through a universal translator that captures the essence of the thought and translates it into the language of the human receiver.
